Volunteer Registration

We love volunteers, and they are essential to our success!   This race totally takes place because of YOU.  Volunteer Registration and Meet and Greet Luncheon will be June 27th from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Castle Triangle Park in Pohakupu Neighborhood across from the Hospital in Kailua.  After volunteer registration we will have packet pick-up for racers and a FREE Off-Road Clinic for all.  Stick around and learn some great tips.

22 MAY- Kualoa Ranch Ka’a’awa, Volunteer and Staff Course Review, 7:30 AM- run of the 10K course, walk 5K course, 10 AM- show course to SpoNavi and Carlyn, 1 PM- ride of the 20K loop

6 JUNE- Camp Bennett Team Meeting and dinner at Headquarters, 6:30-7:30 PM

11 JUNE- Kualoa Ranch Ka’a’awa, Course Development, 8 AM-12 PM, 1-5 PM (2 shifts)

12 JUNE- Kualoa Ranch Ka’a’awa, Course Development, 8 AM-12 PM, 1-5 PM (2 shifts)

14 JUNE- PSE Warehouse, Load Truck

14 JUNE- Camp Bennett Kailua, Load Truck, 5-7 PM

***3-5 Pick-Up Trucks and Toilets need to be at Kualoa Ranch by WED***

15 JUNE- Pick-Ups and Box Trucks to Ranch, 7 AM

15 JUNE- Paradise Beverage Waipahu, Pick Up Kegs and Delivery to Ranch
